Effective Communication

Desired change:

Become aware of the essence of the communication process and realize the importance and the effect of a fluent vertical and horizontal company communication. Improve cross department and interpersonal communication. Polish participants’ skills to share information with team members and superiors.

After training results:

  • Participants will be able to analyze the impact communication has on the relationships in work environment;
  • Improve their approach and skills for effective communication and effective feedback;
  • Discover and avoid the communication barriers;
  • Listen actively and effectively;
  • Influence others by using basic positive manipulation models.
