Senior HR Specialist with PR Functions

We are currently looking for a professional for a newly opened position of Senior HR Specialist based in the city of Rousse that will take responsibility for the fullfillment of the following duties and obligations:


* Coordinating the HR activities within the Administrative Department of the Company;
* Advising, interpreting and supporting the Administrative Manager and the Management of the Company on developing and advocating new HR systems, programs and procedures in alignment with the Company growth and development, and directing their implementation;
* Interfacing with Management to understand and address any HR-related areas of concern;
* Providing first line of service to Staff and Managers and supporting the HR policies and processes;
* Coordinating all employee relations, internal communication, training and development actions;
* Additionally developing and coordinating External Communication and PR activities and projects that would be directly imputed and directed by the Headquarters;
* Directly reports to the Administrative Manager.

Key Requirements:

* At least 3 years of experience in human resources;
* Experience in expert position in manufacturing company;
* Relevant Bachelor degree (HR, Economics, Business Administration);
* Strong communication ability and good interpersonal skills;
* Team player and excellent team coordinator;
* Ability to work under pressure;
* Process oriented thinking and understanding;
* English – fluent speaking, writing and understanding;
* Good command of computer skills. Familiar with Personnel and HR software, MS Office, especially Excel.
