Ms. Marionela Bojkova

Marionela Bojkova is a highly qualified Human Resources Management Consultant with extensive expertise in coaching and people development projects in different European countries. Her specialization as a consultant in the last years is in Multinational companies in Service, Energy and Production sectors in projects of Executive coaching, Teams Leadership competencies programs; Change Management and Management Performance enhancement trainings.

She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Member of the ICF Germany. She has over 900 Individual executive coaching hours of experience with Top and Middle level managers and key people and over a hundred of seminars and workshops in Soft Skills development. Marionela Bojkova has graduated Erickson International Canada ICF – Accredited Coach Training Program. She is Ericksonian Professional Certified Coach.

During her HR Director positions in large companies Ms. Bojkova has accumulated valuable organizational expertise and experience in HR management and people development fields, which she successfully incorporates in the preparation of her training projects. Managing the processes of planning, organization, change implementation, search and selection, performance appraisal, assessment/development centers, structuring of organizations' people management (HR) systems is a solid base for better tailoring the programs to the specific organizational needs of every client.

Marionela is certified trainer on soft skills management trainings, certified expert of the system for psychometric analysis „MBTI ® - Myers-Briggs Type Indicator” and certified consultant in Thomas International Management (DISC) Systems.

Ms. Bojkova is a holder of the yearly HR Management Award for 2006 of the Bulgarian Human Resources Management and Development Association.

 

 

Mr. Konstantinos Stergiou

Mr Konstantinos Stergiou is an Economist, holding a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in the field of Economics of Education and currently Ph.D. candidate in the University of Western Macedonia (UOWM) in Greece, focused on the research of efficiency and effectiveness of the Greek educational system. Since 2010 he is teaching in the UOWM as a specialized research associate the courses of ‘Entrepreneurship and Innovation’.

Since 2008, he has accomplished several trainings as International Trainer using high standard education methods focused on the topics of Entrepreneurship and Social Economy, Creativity and Innovation, Key Managerial competences and Employment. He has 8 years of experience on project development and project management mainly in projects financed from the European Commission. He has several scientific publications related to youth, entrepreneurship, unemployment, efficiency and effectiveness measuring tools. Also he runs his own companies one on the educational sector, offering Economic Classes and the other on services related to event management.

Mr. Stanislav Hristov

Stanislav Hristov is an HR consultant in Teamtime International Ltd. He has a master’s degree of economics. In his career advancement he has acquired rich managerial skills in the field of trade and expertise. Since already two years he has been having a successful professional experience in a long list of Human Resource projects: programs for staff training and development, recruitment and selection of qualified specialists, HR outsourcing, assessment centers, consulting projects in the field of HR audit and performance evaluation.

He takes part in trainings about a wide range of topics such as motivation, communication, leadership skills, sales skills, presentation skills, emotional intelligence. He managed the planning, organization and the execution of grand team building events for Bulgarian and international companies.

Mr. Hristov is a certified coach and a charismatic specialist in his approach to people.

As a trainer he is highly oriented to results and achieving a positive change.

 

 

 

 Ms. Dimana Sotirova

Dimana Sotirova is a Junior HR Consultant at Teamtime International Ltd. She has 5 years successful experience in different business organizations as a coordinator of local and international projects, including in the Human Resource field: training and development programs; recruitment campaigns; assessment centers. She has participated in the planning, organization and implementation of various trainings and teambuilding events.

Ms. Sotirova has graduated Economics in Varna, taking part in Erasmus exchange program and has international practical experience in Finland and Kazakhstan in the field of non-formal education, as well as planning and conducting youth leadership seminars. She has over 3 years of experience mentoring Bulgarian and foreign citizens working within international projects in Bulgaria.

Ms Sotirova has over 10 years of successful track record in organizational development and project management within international non-profit organizations such as AIESEC, Rotaract, Interact, Youth Red Cross. She has been coordinating and supporting different processes such as project management, team leadership, recruitment campaigns, training & development.

As a part of the pool of trainers in Teamtime International Ms. Sotirova participates in organization and implementation of a wide variety of soft skill training projects. She is a trainer and a coach, certified by the Train the Trainer Academy of Teamtime International, leading group trainings and individual life coaching sessions.

 

 

 

Ms. Desislava Nikolaeva

Desislava Nikolaeva is Business Consultant and Coach at Teamtime International Ltd. She has 7 years of experience in team management and sales in international organizations. She has been training and developing teams in the field of corporate sales and trade. Ms. Nikolaeva participated in the planning, organization and condcting of teambuilding events and training of over 20 companies.

She leads a variety of trainings such as Effective communication, Influence Skills, Negotiation skills, Conflict Management, etc., as well as individual coaching sessions, in international and Bulgarian companies.

She took part in Train the Trainer courses lead by Mary Ann Summerville (Harvard Law school)  and Peter Fellsmann.

She had an intensive training by one of the few in Bulgaria Professional Certified Coaches (PCC) accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) - Marionela Bojkova.
