Desired change:
Increase negotiation results and improve influencing techniques in the process of negotiation. Create awareness of the basic stages of the negotiation process, different negotiation strategies and improve the negotiation approach. Develop personal and team negotiation strategies. Apply techniques for successful negotiation using real business case studies.
After training results:
