"Coaching Techniques for Effective Managers" training was held on 10-11 June 2016 in the office of TeamTime Bulgaria Ltd. in Varna.
Managers from Varna and Shumen participated in the event, learning about the essence of coaching and basic techniques for reaching their teams' full potential. They practiced usefull skills such as active listening, innovative coaching techniques for creating trust and open communication inside the team. One of the focuses of the training was also know-how about stimulating creative and strategic thinking, while working on real life cases, solving case studies and playing interractive games and simulations.
