Realize the constant character of change. Manage stages of successful change implementation. Learn new methods of how to cope with opposition against change and the approaches for monitoring the process, as well as techniques for modification of reactions. Develop strategies and approaches for post implementation reinforcement change.

After training results:

  • Participants will become aware of the psychological effects of change on employees and managers;
  • They will develop strategies for step-by-step change implementation;
  • They will lead successfully their own team manage with change;
  • They will cope with opposition against change, assuming better communication models;
