On 28.07.2016 in Grand Hotel Dimyat in Varna we together potential coaches from Varna, gave the basics of this amazing profession and left some time for practice.
Coaching is a science, created to help other people find their way in life. It is not about phychology, it is not about giving advices. It is about making space for others to think and find the answers for themselves.
Over 20 enthusiasts came to the event and tired what it is to be a coach. What we did was to show them the tools of that art and give them practical examples of what coaching is in its essence. Later we shared more about the path of a practicing coach and the certifying process.
