25-26. May 2017, Plovdiv, Train the Trainer
As a last training from our opened program in Plovdiv, we held a two-day Train-the-Trainer on 25-26 May 2017 at Limacon Event Center - an interactive practical seminar, gathering trainers and specialists from the business sector and NGO sector. Within the training the participants learnt how to organize and manage preparation, Training Needs Analysis, analyzing the audience, planning (agenda, materials, activities), icebreakers and roleplay games, time management, group dynamics, analyzing results, feedback and follow up. Training was led by Nora Stefanova.
