21.04.2017, Plovdiv, E-mail Etiquette: The Secret of the Successful Correspondence
Going further with our Open Training Program in Plovdiv, on 21.04.2017 Nora Stefanova explored with some of the key HR specialists in the region the E-mail Etiquette as a topic of great importance for business in the last years. Via multiple discussions and interractive excersices the participants worked on the essence of communication behind the e-mail correspondence, as well as individual case studies from their own companies. The training continued with hard skills regarding e-mail etiquette and how to use e-mail's options to optimize our work- and e-mail flow. Finally, the participants learnt more about one of the most used by human resource specialists profiling systems and tried out their personal approach through it.
